loved the texting service to the front desk instead of calling. rooftop was amazing as well

I switched rooms twice - once because the room was dirty and once because the room's window shade didn't work. But the staff was really nice about switching. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Coffee shop in the morning was really convenient and the little snack bar was open all night.

Recommended! Fast check in process, the best location in midtown. It's just that there is an additional resort fee and a deposit of 200 USD. Apart from that okay 👍🏻.

The location is great! Just in the center of Manhattan, and they have amazing Manhattan Skyline view! You can enjoy their rooftop as well and you can see the Empire State Building from rooftop! They have a great ambience, from the lobby, from the sharing lounge area. Just great! Totally worth it!
