Great place to stay, especially for the price. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because the heater in our room did not work. They said they couldn’t do anything till the next day and they were gonna call us to get us a new room, but they never did. Nothing was comped off of the room either. Other than that, the hotel is great very convenient and we will stay there again. It was just disappointing that we froze all night long.

I liked the proximity to the airport. I had a King bedroom and it was immaculate and comfortable.

Olivia was the employee that helped us. She answered all our questions, made sure we were comfortable, and even though we had multiple rooms booked at times she made sure we were by each other without asking. She went above and beyond for us.

The front desk staff person was friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean.
The bed was squeaky when I sat on it and every time I moved, which I've never had at this hotel before.
Breakfast was very good. Except for the noisy bed, it was a great stay.

Overall a goid experience. The only issue was a non functioning tv. The dedk staff were great about trying to fix it with no luck. No partial refund was offered or other ways to comp is. Again, the dedk staff were great.

It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. Nice breakfast included but it over to early for the casual trip (9:30) - Noon checkout was really nice. Hot Tub was broken during our stay. PS. the snack/food store near the front desk was Incredible and OK prices.
