The restaurant in the hotel is just OK but there are a lot of other dining options in the area that make it very convenient. The grocery store is right next-door as well. There is a Safeway. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Serve pot cookies every night, and the coffee was always filled. I have stayed here many times before and will stay here again in the future.

The ceiling in our bathroom started leaking water in the middle of the night. We had to move to another room.

They didn’t tell us they had recently had a flood. The place smelled awful! The hot tub wasn’t running and the pool area was extremely cold - due to the flood they had to keep the side door open for access. Our rooms were clean, but the carpet in the hall was disgusting and stained everywhere. The smell was the worst. The breakfast staff was nice though and the restaurant area was good. Just wish they would have warned us before we came.

They were cleaning up a flood in the basement that caused a musty smell in the lobby and common areas. It made getting to the pool terrible for this time of year as you had to go outside and usually had to turn go back to get a staff member to come and let you in. The pool area was freezing so watching the kids swim was not enjoyable. Carpets throughout were disgusting, I can't believe they haven't been replaced after all the comments mentioning them in the past. Breakfast staff and food were exceptional and very surprising given all the other issues. Will not go back though.

I liked everything about the experience. The staff was intelligent, competent, and friendly. The food was First Class. Anytime we need to stay in Silverdale, we’ll check in with Best Western. A class act! Drew

The bed was extremely comfortable. However, the hallway carpets were stained and dirty, the body wash and other dispensers in our room were empty, the closet door un our room was broken and just leaning against the wall, and the pool was closed because the bottom floor had flooded (you could hear water running and dripping while using the elevator). The buffet was fine and the workers helpful.

Excellent location. Make sure you get a room with a view of the water. Breakfast is average. Do not eat at the restaurant. Restaurant hours are like 4 - 9. Food was horrible. Other than that great hotel.

The carpets and padding need to be replaced. It sounds, looks and feels like you are walking down a motel. Aside from that, all is great.

The staff was outstanding and the room we had was clean, but to hallway carpet were really bad and stained. The location on the beach was beautiful. The carpets condition was our only negative.

The property is located next to the water, it was beautiful, but. Very windy. The bedding, especially the pillows, were uncomfortable. The breakfast food choices were terrible.

Third time we’ve stayed here. Like the property, excellent breakfast buffet. My only comment is the carpet in the hallways need to be replaced!! Looks bad and unsanitary

We got a jacuzzi tub room, room 202. The view was amazing off the patio. But thats where the good ends. Jacuzzi tub was very small if i still weighed over 200 lbs i would t have fut in it, the jets were not very strong. The tub was dirty with a ring around it and hairs all over. I did bring my own cleaner to clean it with because... well yuk. Hallway carpets are horible and stained badly. As you walk the corridoor you could feel the massive busted up floor under the super thin carpet and we could hear ourselves tromping along to the room. Bed was okish. Definately needed another blanket. Fireplace did not work, the air for circulatuon as well as the heat did not work. It was a windy rainy night and i couldnt sleep because all i could hear was what to me sounded like a piece of metal flashing banging against the exterior wall of the room. It was 5am when i finally slept for a couple hours because the banging finally stopped. I found the noise culprit before we checked out. It was the access door to the backside of the firplace and it did not have a latch to secure it shut. The whole room setup was odd and uncomfortable especially trying to watch tv laying on your side in the bed. That was pretty much the only way to see the tv as it was in a very odd spot. For 280 bucks for 1 night was definately not worth it. Overall... the view was the best thing and we will never stay there again. Also Shower dispensers for soap and body wash were either emtpy or nonfunctioning.
