Best Western West Lebanon-Hanover Hotel

Really great value, clean, convenient

I need an overnight stay a few times a year. Always happy to return to this BW. It’s minutes away from where I need to be, and is reliably clean and quiet.

We had to stay here for a swim meet, and it's a very nice hotel. It looks to be recently updated. The room was nice and very clean, and the breakfast area was nice and clean. Plenty of places to sit. We were in the first room off the lobby, and that was noisy. I couldn't fall asleep because there were what sounded like large carts being wheeled past our room. I would definitely ask to stay as far away from the lobby as possible, and maybe on an upper floor too. So I didn't sleep well at all. I could also hear mechanical noise, which I'm guessing was the elevator. Breakfast was good, although not a ton of options if you want to eat healthy. We ended up grabbing coffee at Starbucks down the road because I'm a coffee snob. We ate in the breakfast area which was nice. It's also down the road from Lui Lui, which was great for dinner. West Lebanon is not the most exciting area, but if you do need to stay, this is a nice place to do so. Just ask for a room away from the lobby noise. I wanted to use the gym but it didn't open until 6, which was too late for me. I really would love to see it open by 5!

The only thing I didn't like was the lame breakfast

Perfect location for easy access to all West Lebanon shops as well as White River. Also, very convenient to Dartmouth Medical Center. Easy on and off of interstate 89 and connect to 91. Clean, warm, and inviting. We will be back!

Great value for price. I’ll come back in future. Stayed 3 nights with partner while visiting family. The shower was excellent and bathroom large which is plus: shower head was adjustable with multiple settings, gets hot, and had good pressure. Bedding was comfortable. Parking was easy. Breakfast was convenient. Coffee and shops around the corner in short drive. Only 4 out of 5 stars would be the coffee and some noise in hallways but quiet hours were adhered to so no issue at night. Also little gym was nice when we used it one morning.

Bathroom door didnt have have all the bolts there is no ventilation in the bathroom hole in the tub

The lamp on the desk flickered and the TV is burnt out

Happy that this BW is so conveniently located, yet quiet. Big room, spotless bathroom. Repeat guest, and will definitely be back.

There was mold and mildew in the shower and shower curtain. There were stains on the bed headboard. The carpet on one side of the bed reeked of urine. The room and hotel just felt dirty and dingy. My room also stunk of cigarette smoke. I've stayed at Best Westerns in the past and this experience will make me steer clear of Best Westerns in the future. I was here only for 1 night to celebrate my high school.best friend's birthday. So I toughed it out as i had to be at the restaurant ahortly after checking in.

The room was very small and the toilet was dirty upon arrival.

Bathroom door needs repair. Cookies in lobby were so nice. Will come again.

We booked this location because it had j1772 AC Electric vehicle chargers, however we found they were not working and staff didn't have a way to get them working. The results were a delay in our trip and approx $30 to charge elsewhere.

This was a very pleasant stay and the breakfast was excellent!!

This hotel is conviently located. All of the shops/restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Only 15 minutes to my appointment at Dartmouth Medical Center tomorrow.
