It was well maintained However they haven't refund the 50 dollar deposit so far When I checked out the owner said it will be refunded! I am back in UK now and still no refund

It’s a $50 hotel, manage your expectations.

I would suggest the property, signs up no pets we will kick you out and take your kept money for room reservations. Doesn’t look like in the photos, very deceiving. Plus was listed on pet friendly site . No thanks never again

Very clean rooms. Respectful staff. All around great stay.

The property is affordable, but you get what you pay for. The room has many roaches. There was a huge one in the bathroom and multiple small ones in the common area and crawling inside the (unplugged) microwave. There were stains on the main mattress.

Very Misleading. Hotel states "Eglin AFB" and is NOT on the base. I had to wait 47 mins for extra towls and 3 different people came to help me each time I went to the front desk to ask for the towls. I spit harder than the shower head pressure. I would not let my worse enemy stay here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This was in fact a budget inn. It was good for the price I paid but the exterior was unclean and old feeling. The room itself was very basic and exactly what I needed and felt clean enough. Worth it for the price.

Lady at the front was super nice and helpful! Room it self was very clean compared to other hotels I have stayed in that more expensive.

The hotel was very ran down, staff was very rude and argumentative. I did NOT stay there due to the staff making us feel very unsafe. They refused to give any refund even tho it said i could cancel the second night. Made a complaint with Hotels.com they attempted to reach out to the property management via phone and email to no avail.

The motel was older and looked run down, I was actually shocked when I arrived. The room I was given was a lower level part of the hotel and the room had recently been remodeled. Room was clean but sparse. When checked into the room the ac had apparently been off earlier and had just been turned on, so room was warm. Fortunately I had a 5 hour meeting to attend so temp was fine when I arrived back. I wouldn’t stay there again, so I’ll spend more money for a little more luxury.

Not a great area to stay in, area is very dirty and seems like a spot for criminal activities.

Upon arrival our room was not prepared, they then proceeded to place us in a so called suite and tried to do with no extra cost like it was a privilege ? But it WASNT. The AC wasn’t working properly, the bed was not on any frame , with one small thin blanket which makes sense seeing the AC didn’t work. The TV didn’t want to work half the time . The internet was in and out the whole time .i had three fridges in my room as if it was a storage unit. THE BIG ISSUE WAS THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THAT UNIT . I had the faucet turned all the way to hot. I had to take cold showers for two days. The location was horrible the parking spaces was way to close to the public sidewalk constantly worried if my car was going to be stole or broken into. I WILL NEVER go there again . 0/10 do not recommend. 2 nights 275$ and 50$ deposit a waste of money. Please do not book with this establishment

Ended up not staying due the it being nothing like the pictures posted, service was extremely rude and unfriendly. Building was covered in bugs. Surrounding area was unsettling.

The room we stayed in was in an unfinished state and there were numerous dead roaches on the floor. The room was undergoing renovations during our stay. The bathroom door did not close properly. The room was lacking in furniture. There was no phone, desk, or table. There was only two beds and a chair. The office was a mess and the staff refused to let us in while we waited for our ride. We were forced to stand outside for almost fifteen minutes during heavy rain. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Was nothing like the pictures they offered online. My family felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We ended up going somewhere else with no refund offered.

The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. It would be greatly appreciated if a hair dryer could be provided in every room.Everything else was good.

When we got there I had a reservation for a king size bed but they said it was for two queen beds and it was an extra $134 if I wanted the king bed. Then the room was extremely hot. The AC only cool about a foot away from the unit. The man at the desk kept insisting it was a brand new unit. Even after being on for a couple of hours it had not cooled the room at all. We asked for a fan to at least circulate the air. He said sure he would bring one and never did. We had to buy one only to realize it didn’t actually help. We checked out the following morning and got a room for the rest of the weekend somewhere else. The man at the desk told us that if we wanted a refund for the unused part of our stay we would have to get it from hotel.com but the site will not let you check out early or refund any money. The phone number on the site is not a valid number. I will try to contact them on Monday and if I have no results I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
