Front desk was very attentive. Very satisfied with the amount of towels and extra blankets available. Resort was beautiful but unfortunately the weather was not up to par so we were unable to use the facilities. We look forward the going back!

We booked the property for the water park since it is advertised as a water park hotel but the park was closed for both days we stayed and there was heavy construction all over the property including the lobby I went to the front desk to get a refund for the extra fees including the water park but she said there was nothing she could do so I checked out early and took my family to another resort that was more family friendly

Great location! Lots of things for kids to do - water park, hot tub, pools, and an arcade. Convent breakfast buffett, Starbucks, and shop on property. The staff seem a little overwhelmed, and only respond if you walk down to the lobby. They responded well from there, though. Lots of people had trouble checking in. We didn’t other than that it took an hour. That was probably due to the construction that they had going on in the lobby.
Once we checked in it was great! The rooms are fine, the service adequate, but the amenities and location are excellent!

The property was under construction without notice. The room wasn’t cleaned daily. Requested towels and they weren’t delivered in a timely manner. Limited parking. Contacted front desk and there was no answer.
However the amenity was the water park and the children loved it.

We got there and there was construction in the lobby. We were never notify and it was very unpleasant. We were in vacation and in reality my husband is allergic to dust so it was not a relaxing vacation at all. The room was light in lightning, and then the room keys will be blocked sometimes and we will have to go reset it

Room wasn’t ready at check in. Had to wait an hour in a half. After we just drove from Ohio. The waterpark closes at 6.
