Great location but poor conditions. Window would not open. Bathroom door would not shut so you could not lock. Safe did not work. The comp breakfast was horrible. Staff was nice and tried to help but arriving with these conditions was not good. Only one entrance so you have to walk around the building if you park in the back. We did get a good price for the location but now I see why.

My family of five had to spend the night in a dirty room. When we requested a room change, the front desk attendant assured us that he would accommodate us and provide a new room. He even apologized for initially placing us in a spare room. However, regardless of whether it was a spare room, it should have been clean and ready for use. Upon inspecting the bathroom, we found dirty towels, which was unacceptable. We left for the day, expecting the issue to be resolved by the time we returned at 9:03 PM. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The same dirty blankets and poorly maintained sofa bed were still there. To make matters worse, the TV and WiFi didn’t work. We even had to go back to the front desk to ask for a new remote just to use the TV. When we returned to the front desk again to request on that promised room change, we were told the only option available was a single king bed for OUR FAMILY OF FIVE. This was a completely unreasonable solution. Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, we asked for fresh blankets and sheets. What we received were just two sheets and two pillowcases, along with a poorly communicated promise that the front desk attendant would send a helper to change the bedding within 30 minutes. The attendant left, leaving us completely alone. This was by far the most disgusting and poorly managed room we’ve ever stayed in. The experience was uncalled for and absolutely ridiculous.

Place was beat up and smelled like someone just smoked weed. Hotel was noisy at night and multiple loud noises woke us up. Avoid the day old breakfast. Staff was decent enough to change our room when we requested it.

Enjoyed our stay. Will come back next year.

This is an excellent hotel at an affordable price. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice place but they had the handicap parking blocked so we couldn't use it.

The room has scratches on the wall, bathroom toilet did not flush well, and the breakfast was so limited.

I love the fact I was able to celebrate my birthday on November 21-November 24, I am beyond grateful. However, when I got there online said the fee is $75 and I went in person the person behind the counter stated that its $100 fee wasn’t aware it. Secondly, my room door was not opening at all and I had to turn the nob up. I started cleaning the hotel room to find hair in the tub and some brown stains on the toilet. I thank goodness I came prepared to cleaned the bathroom. The first guy behind the counter was very unprofessional he was assisting me and speaking to someone else on his phone. The room didn’t have any WiFi at all I was told they were coming to change the box of WiFi in the room I stayed in but they wanted me to move to another room. I wish the bathroom was a little upgraded at least…
