Fit us well as a family of four that was traveling from Missouri to Virginia to see our son in the navy. The edges of the carpet could have been a little cleaner in the room and the pool was very cloudy and had a really strong smell of chlorine but other than that it was quiet, and safe. We would definitely stay there again. 😁

Horrible stay. We have stayed here twice and both times we have not had hot water at all. The beds are lumpy as well as the pillows. I have reached out the property mgmt with no response about our stay. They have not apologized or tried to correct this error. Very unhelpful. The money is not worth the stay here.

My husband and I always go there to enjoy ourselves but Friday, Saturday and Sunday was a nightmare. The parents wasn’t watching the kids they was running, jumping and knocking on our door and running away this is not acceptable. We was ready to leave Sunday we was tired. The front desk has to say something about it and also the weed smell was strong. I’m not to sure if my husband or I would come back.

The front elevator was out of service and the rear elevator was taking a long time. It ends up that the service staff had it tied up while they were housekeeping. My wife had to take the stairs which was physically difficult.
The beds were clean, but the mattress was old and very uncomfortable. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years but I'll look elsewhere next time I'm in the area.

The layout is weird. My son’s first comment was, “Which cell is ours?” Still, the room was comfortable and quiet, The WiFi did not work in the bedroom, so we had to use our devices in the living room. The had waffles for breakfast but the batter was seriously runny and which didn’t allow the inside of the waffle to cook all the way. The coffee was also watered down which no amount of sugar could cure.
