This property was perfect for my husband and me. It was private, quiet, & a close drive to my husbands class reunion. It was easy to reach the owner. The property is surrounded by grape vineyards. We were in studio 5. There is a homey, spacious & enclosed backyard. I will return.

Very roomy, clean, quiet and cozy. If it wasn’t for the squeaky door hinges and faucet missing an aerator I would have given a Five Star Rating. However I’d definitely go back but next time I’ll bring some baby back ribs so I can use the Bbq and enjoy the beautiful patio.

This studio is behind a garage to a larger house so it's private and quiet. We really enjoyed the patio, having our breakfast outside. This was our second time using the studio and will use it again.

This was a great property! Close to a lot of wineries and easy access to the freeway.

Beautiful ground

Nice little room behind the house. The yard was nice. It would have been nicer if the the pateo furniture had been cleaned off so that we could have sat out there. My wife would have liked a little more light in the bath sink area.

Hotels didn't send us access info but called owner and got it. We arrived at night when it was dark so were unsure if we were at the right home. Overall a great and reasonably priced room with great access to wineries and easy drive to downtown Lodi. Bed was comfortable and backyard was great and secure for our two small pups. We would stay again.

This was the second visit to COA. The room was great.

Overall this is a great place. only issues were no hot water in any of the sinks. Just the bath/shower. ?? could be cleaned a bit better. dusty with cobwebs but none of the furniture was dusty.. just lighting and drapes

Had a great stay at this charming little cottage. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Located right outside of town. Feels like your in the country surrounded by grape vineyards, yet just a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping etc.

Beautiful location with quiet backyard - the arbor with a tree canopy was shady and there were so many birds. Studio was well appointed - no stove or toaster, but small fridge and microwave. Recommend and would stay again.

Liked: House was great, home was welcoming, nice beds, good living room to hang out in and large table to eat at or play games. Close to down town and Costco, other business. Large front yard, gate for security if you are willing to get in and out to close each time and it was raining. Disliked: Tub/Shower was very hard to get in and out of, even though they put in handicap rail, I had to crawl out of tub/shower. Noisy: Property is located right next to Hwy 99 and very noisy, had to wear ear plug to get to sleep, front bedroom. Back bedrooms said they did not hear the road traffic. Sitting in living room you heard lots of road traffic, but located right next to very busy highway.

A great place for a scenic, peaceful, quiet stay! A little more outside lighting and for me, I hope the weather will be warmer.

Excellent stay. We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was initially, difficult to find, but after speaking with the owner, i located it.

It is a beautiful quiet peaceful place. Just what I needed. My only complaint, is that there should be a curtain on the window by the porch of the next unit. Very clean. I would have liked a sign on the gate. A little difficult to find.

The only thing needed to make this place totally awesome is a little more water pressure in the shower, still useable.

If you like a quiet place to stay this is your place, very relaxing getaway from the city, very homey and clean. Close to wine tasting and grape vineyards.
