Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bonita Springs North Naples

No workers other than housekeepers. Entire 3rd floor where we stayed smelled like marijuana. Also on this floor carpeting was torn up. Looked horrible

Breakfast choices could have been expanded

My stay was good. The building was clean and the staff were friendly. I did not like not having a person at the front desk. Dealing with a person virtually takes away from the welcoming feel. And not having their presence in the lobby made me feel a little unsafe……like the building was unattended.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in!

No one st the front desk besides a video screen to Bombay. TV didn’t work, no help from repeated requests from hotel. I fixed it myself. Homeless guy in the pool area. Requests for room accommodations not returned. Laundry ate my money. Analog tv with 20 bad channels. Roof of building in horrible condition water damage in building. Dehumidifier running in rooms. Pictures don’t represent actual condition of property. Construction going on in hallway of first floor. I will never return to this property, Days inn or any Windham hotel. Overall a horrible experience.

our stay started off really well, the not in person checkin was interesting but straightforward. the room was a bit smaller than expected but looked clean & tidy. we booked for 4 of people, but only provided towels for 2 people. daily room cleaning offered, but it was hit & miss. The cleaners mostly did not speak English so never knew when they were coming!! despite putting the maid service sign they did not attend. I emptied bins/changed sheets myself on a few occasions. The towel situation continued throughout our stay. Breakfast times end too early!! Then in the 2nd week we came back & saw a cockroach running around the bathroom, this was the 2nd time we had seen one, but I caught it this time. I reported this and the fact that I’d gone to close the blackout blinds and it fell down on top of me & hit me on the head. We had an 8yr old child I’m our party & fortunately she did not close the blinds that evening. When reported the housekeeping was sent to the room I showed her the dead roach & using google translate she advised me it was a bedbug!!! I told her in my broken Spanish not to be ridiculous they were 2 very different bugs!! They would not fix the blind so had to wedge it in the window frame to achieve a blacked out room & sleep. We eventually got moved to another room the next day after going to complain about the safety of the room again. The cleaning attendance continued to be sporadic, I had to go fetch clean towels myself most days,

The air conditioning does not work. Mold on the wall inside the unit in the bathroom and breakfast, very limited.

Dog friendly. Clean. No issues.

Did not like talking to a gentleman "in a box". A real person makes things more personable.

Did not like the check in which was alk remote through kiosk. Felt it very inpersonal. Kond of wierd

Clean and comfortable so for that 5 stars. However, while I give Adam 2 thumbs up for his efficiency and was pleasant, I do not like seeing a live person in front of me. You loose the person attention. Does feel like talking to a machine. Not a fan!
