While the property was under renovation, the new rooms were spotless, modern, and inviting. Loved the shower and small dining table. Staff was friendly. Affordable!

The entire property was under construction but we never heard any noise. Our room was completely new and still smelled of paint and carpet glue. Might be a nice place to stay once the smells dissipate.

First off, the hotel claims it's recently renovated, it's actually still under construction. You can't even get a bottle of water or soda because of the construction I'm assuming. Beds aren't comfortable at all and the towels were like sand paper. Other than that, it's amazing. Kidding, this place is a dump.

The place is currently undergoing renovations. That in itself is not a big deal but it is two levels and during this renovation one of the staircases was disabled. Not sure how the fire marshal allowed this (we stayed on the second level and if there would have been a fire blocking the only functional staircase I hate to think what our options would have been to escape) but even if the fire marshal allowed this the hotel should make a good faith effort to keep both staircases functional (maybe keep the one currently disabled just for emergency use). I am a civil engineer so I consider stuff like this.

I personally would have appreciated a heads up that this was under construction. It was not where I would have enjoyed and relaxed for my stay during the time. I had business so much clutter, so much construction going on. It was not a relaxing two days for me, very disappointed

Dec 2024 the property was in process of upgrading of all the rooms. Bathroom had delta faucets, ample lighting, nice walk-in shower. Friendly staff. One issue: reservation I made w Orbitz did not communicate effectively with hotel front desk computer system. Thus my reservation was not accounted for. Fortunately, I was able to talk to a human from Orbitz. Ha Tran. Who helped to resolve. Front desk staff was able to find it, but it was in the manager’s computer system.

It would have been nice to know the entire place was ripped apart for renovations BEFORE I booked a room, instead I only found out when I got there. I thought It was closed and I'd been ripped off for about 10 minutes when I got there; there are no signs directing you to the "lobby". Fences, dirt, plastic, cardboard, and drop clothes everywhere. The room was ok, but no coffee maker, and the refrigerator was making terrible noises. I could hear people snoring through the walls. The "breakfast" consists of weak coffee and nothing but processed carbohydrates. No protein at all. And it's serve yourself in what seems to be a janitorial closet you had to get to through a crowd of construction workers. I'm pretty bummed, this was a rare hotel treat for myself, I feel like I got ripped off.
