Staff is very nice

Clerk was never at the front desk. No hangers at all. Shower door was off the track. Bed was comfortable.

The room was very nice. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. There was mold in the shower along the shower door and around the drain. Also the bathroom fan was very loud. Other than that the room was pleasant and quiet.

Booked a two-bed room two months in advance. When we arrived they had given the room to someone else. They put us in a king room with only one bed. My sister and I had to sleep in the same bed. Not happy.

The property is great! They are being remodeled. The room is really nice and big.

Nice hotel! Breakfast bar is minimal

The TV was really far away from the bed. When laying in the bed you don't have a direct view of the TV it's in a very awkward place of the room.

I reserved a ling room with a jet tub. I got a standard king room. I paid extra for the upgrade but got a standard room. The toilet would not flush correctly and had to flush it 4 to five times. The bathroom sink was pulling away from the wall. When I took a shower, the wash cloth ripped in my hands. I will never ever be back to this days inn. It was terribly disappointing

Smells like nasty curry... Renovation was okay but still ran by same people. All your stuff will smell like garbage curry becuase it is being used as a subcontinent flophouse.

Still under construction from previous fire. Parking lot was messy. Paid thru Expedia then got billed a second time after arrival. Called hotel about bill and was put on hold for a long time. I had to call Expedia to get hotel to issue a refund for charging me again for room. They did just get a new billing system so it could be part of the issue. But as far inside appearance the remodel looked nice. New beds tvs,etc

I booked my room through hotel.com and paid for my room. They charged my card and refuse a refund. So I had to pay twice. The guy at the front desk was terrible and didn’t help

Appeared dirty and lobby furniture was destroyed and unusable. Staff unprofessional and unkept. This property was not appropriate and should never have been advertised for bookings

We didn't stay and I hope I'm not billed for it. It was under renovation and in the halls were machines and tools all over. It had no elevator and I have a bad knee. It looks nothing like what is on the website.

This place is pretty basic, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was great. Would stay again.

They don't have any breakfast other than a coffee machine.

The hotel looks nice from the outside. When I went to check in a man had to wake the front desk person up they have no computers there so everything is done by paper. I was checked into a room, and when I walked in the room, the toilet was dirty the bed was unmade. There were dirty towels all over the floor, my room that they checked me and who was on the second floor there is no elevator, so I had to carry all my luggage Back down the steps to be reassigned another room on the second floor to carry all my luggage back upstairs

Entire property is in dire need of repairs and upgrades.

Like: the staff was frlendly and helpful. Suggestions: for a posted non-smoking motel the second floor hallway reeked of stale tobacca cigarete. first appearances are important. two different people at the event I attended decided not to stay at the motel due to the broken leather covering on the sofas in the enterance
