This is a dated hotel with many issues. The rooms are fine but the exterior and common areas need updating and improvements.
Also we didn't have a phone in our room (233). Location was good with many restaurants nearby.

Have stayed at many DoubleTree properties over the years....this was by far the worst. Nothing major, just many little irritating issues.
I don't like to complain but the staff while polite, were always on their mobile and the property was just not as nice as I have become accustomed to with DoubleTree.

The hotel itself was great. Great location and clean. Reason I give it a 3 star is cause they charged almost double my stay. Each day was a new charge and couldn’t give me an exact reason why they kept charging. When checking out the girl at front desk was awesome and gave me a receipt of the total amount but the next day there was an extra charge of $100.00. They said it would be refunded and still no refund.
