We booked online two weeks in advance. That ended up a mess. We booked the King Disability Accessible/Non Smoking. My husband has a scooter. Arrived to cigarette smell in the hall. The carpet was stained which made me cringe at the sight. We only had three pillows for King size bed. Most hotels have a walk-in shower with a wand and a chair. My husband could not bathe, only sponge down because of inadequate shower. There was no snack machine, and my biggest peeves the ice maker was broken so I had to go to the other end of the hall. The other is half of the wall plugs were not functioning, and no alarm clock. The white bedding was stained with something yellow. Just gross will not stay here again.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. There was trash in the hall (in a large bag no one took out), the carpet in the hall was stained beyond repair, the hall light was flickering - the room stank of cigarettes - I didn’t even attempt the breakfast - i couldn’t wait to check out and felt unsafe the whole night. I would have just left - and considered doing so - but I had prepaid and was only staying one night. I’m going to reconsider staying at any Days Inn after this experience.

I felt the need to give five stars because this hotel met all of our needs with traveling on a budget with a pup. The price is right, the bed was comfortable and the ease of traveling with our dog made up for some dated fixtures/carpet, etc.

Check in clerk talking to coworker on what rooms are clean and what rooms aren't at 9PM when we were checking in. Other places I have stayed, all rooms were lean by no later than Noon. Got to the room, the carpet was dirty. Found roaches crawling up the wall and in the bathroom. Bed was made but the top blanket had a huge hole burned through it. Perhaps a lit cigarette was dropped on it. Then, found a closed zip lock bag with some sort of white powder in it under the bed after waking up. It could have been sugar but, I wasn't about to find out. The only way this room could have been worse was if it had bed bugs and unmade beds. This was by far the worst Days Inn I have been in.

Sub par hotel dirty and sketchy. Burn holes in the blanket. Dead cockroack. Would not stay here again. Bathroom shower has mold and is gross. Beds are uncomfortable.
