Obviously an older structure and shows signs of wear, but the room was clean and neat, towels and bed linens were bright white and clean. Glad there was laminate flooring instead in nasty carpet. Just an observation, not a complaint, was that there were no plates, utensils, no iron. Those are all available, but must be checked out from there office and we arrived late and were leaving earl the next morning, so I couldn't be bothered. No hair dryer, so it was a good thing I brought one.
Check-in was easy-peasy. Normally I would leave my key card in there room, but decided to turn it in and I'm glad I did. I met Dip (owner? manager?) and I'm glad I did. Super nice guy, very concerned about making sure we had a good experience.
Parking lot was clean and well-lit. Property was quiet. I did not feel unsafe at any time.
All-in-all, a very good experience. I don't get to Odessa often, but I'd be happy to stay here again.

The clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and economical. This is my go to place.

The second worst hotel room I've ever experienced. The person above us was apparently remodelling his room until 2 in the morning. Ive no other explanation for the noises coming from our ceiling. I had to reset the circuit breaker and the over current device for the AC unit. The toilet was brand new but kept cycling every few minutes. Turns out the installer left a rubber band on the flapper and it wouldnt seal (sticker on the toilet tank mentioned said rubber band and that it must be removed prior to use). The window cutains are useless, the room is well illuminated even with all the lights turned off. The bathtub was refinished at some point and the coating is peeling off. The bathroom faucet is not fastened to the countertop and it wanders around while you're trying to operate the handles. Oh, and, everything was dirty. When I booked at an Extended Stay America I truly expected a quality experience. Every other E.S.A. I've stayed at has been wonderful.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room had mold in the bottom of the tub. I have never requested to change rooms but did and was met with an argument that it wasn't mold and was fine. Finally he moved me to a different room and that room the AC didn't have knobs to change the temperature or the fan speed they had both been broken off. The last stray was being propositioned for money on 3 occasions by 3 different people when trying the get to my car in the parking lot. I had two nights booked and was up all night the first night with people loitering outside my door and knocking on my door on 2 occasions. By 5:30 am I was exhausted and ready to leave. I went to the office to notify of the issues and check out but no one ever came to the desk.

There was stains from makeup to actual poop all over the floor furniture and walls. Right from the moment we checked in the front desk guy treated me extremely poor. The sheets were covered in glitter and makeup and we found dead flies everywhere. Immediately when walking in both rooms reaked. One of the rooms drains was completely full of hair and our bathtubs had black mold covering the entire floor of it. The door to the bathrooms were both broken, one not closing unless you slammed it and the other the entire door knob falling apart. Both vending machines were full of snacks and drinks yet were unplugged. members of your groups were woken up to house keeping opening our doors when we had said multiple times that we don’t need cleaning. With this we were able to open the doors with no keys at times. One of the windows was broken and kept rattling in the wind. There were fireworks going off right next to my room and at one point they sounded like gunshots. Along with all of this the lobby was completely locked when we went to go check out.

After checking in, we finally found the room. I have a small 3 pound dog in my arms as I walk in to the room. I didn't even have a chance put him down, I walked in and turned on the lights.... cockroaches went running everywhere across the floor.. I turned around immediately and told my boyfriend nope we are not staying here no way in hell. We went to the front desk and my boyfriend told him that we wanted to refund we were not staying there. He tried to upgrade us to a nicer wing, hmmmm. We said if you have cockroaches in one room, you have them everywhere.

The shower was black and had a lot of hair all in it that had obviously been there for a while the sink inbthe bathroom had what was i guess dirt in it and the floor hadn't been swept in a while ha to wear shoes to walk around. Also people were upstairs banging around all night and people were out in the parking making a lot of racket most of the night. The place is very basic and run down behind the times you can tell the owners dont put any money back into the place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Just spend the extra and stay somewhere nice.
