Extended Stay America Suites Fort Lauderdale Tamarac

Seems like too many people coming and going for a small hotel.

I did not check in due to the condition of the facility. I checked into another property in Plantation FL

It was the worst hotel i have ever seen.No heater had to go get a space heater from Walmart no garbage can in the room house keeping walks in my room after i been in the room for 2 hours no soap toilet not working no breakfast they said they ran out both days the worst experience every

It was well kept and clean. If in the area again would stay here again.

The checkin was terrible. More than hour waiting because system issue. Never received the key for my room.

Bed bugs!!!!!! I found bed bugs . This hotel was felty, old and smelly. Horrable, horrable experience. I never going to book StayAmerica again. I tried to add pictures but I cannot.

At 3:00 a.m. wake up by banging on the door arguing in the hallway I did not have a good rest

The carpet and tub looked nasty. I was given 3 different remotes for the tv, therefore the tv didn’t work. The microwave didn’t work so I had the lady at the front desk heat my food.

This hotel advertises with old pictures, the rooms was dirty an unkempt, the microwave had rust on it and filthy inside, the fridge was dirty as well and there were bugs in the mattresses.

Not so good, there was a lot of noise didn’t put no towel to take a shower. It was dirty.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I encountered several issues that made it impossible for me to proceed with my stay. The lobby was chaotic, with multiple guests visibly upset and engaging in complaints and arguments near the front desk. The front desk representative was overwhelmed and slow, which created long delays and added to the stressful environment. Additionally, I overheard numerous complaints from other guests about the condition of their rooms and bathrooms. Specific issues mentioned included broken furniture, malfunctioning toilets that would not flush, and general disrepair. These reports, combined with the disorganized atmosphere, raised serious concerns about the quality, cleanliness, and safety of the accommodations.

Too many drawbacks to list. I don't like writing bad reviews with all the details . As an experienced traveler, I would avoid this place. They have very poor security at night. Rooms are old and not well maintained. Not worth the money or your night's rest.

Don’t like roaches.

First of all I had issues checking in. Then later the evening I was on locked out list because they thought I didn't pay and neither am I checked in, only to find out the person who checked me in did so under another room number from the one I was in. Then there were little people (roaches) running around all over the place. I had to use an insect spray in the room then leave for a while. The following morning I woke up to three bags of garbage at my door. At nights I'm unable to sleep because there are persons outside the corridor smoking and chatting loudly. Lastly, i think the rooms needs more vibrant colours inside and modern furnitures.

No waiting period

Place was disgusting. Dirty and holes throughout the room. Roaches all around couldnt even stay one night. Never again
