I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this hotel, and certainly for the price, it was great!! A very clean, well maintained room and hotel with an impressive city view. The breakfast was included and of a much higher quality than expected at this sort of free breakfast situation. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay exceeded our expectations and I would stay again. My only complaint is that the fitted sheet didn’t really fit.

The service and the breakfast were both excellent. However, we stayed in room 941, and found the beds to be very uncomfortable. The sheets didn't fit properly, and the pillows were also uncomfortable. We have stayed at this hotel in the past (and stayed at other Hampton Inns in other parts of the country), and have always found them to be excellent. This time, though, was disappointing. Maybe it was just that room...

The noise from the next room was so loud that it was extremely unpleasant to sleep. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests, making it difficult to find a seat, so I could barely eat and had to stand while eating.
