I personally really liked this hotel and the staff. My boyfriend and I only stayed here for one night but had previously booked a different hotel that was in very poor condition. When I called in a rush and a despite time the staff was very understanding and accommodated us with our needs for the night.

We came to Ft.Worth for a concert ,stayed here afterwards, front desk was really pleasant and very welcoming, ... No issues . Thanks y'all very much appreciated

I reserved a room and pre-paid for it. I was informed that the hotel was being remodeled and did not have a working elevator when I arrived at the hotel NOT before. The person at the front desk could not accomadate us. We were expected to go up 3 flights (floors) of stairs with our luggage. Some of the people with me could not walk up the stairs. So we were NOT able to stay at the hotel. And the hotel would NOT refund me my money.

Elevator out of service. Staff said property under renovation.All Hampton Inn I have been have complimentary 2 bottles of water at check in. I asked Rebecca the staff who checked us in and she said not this Hampton Inn because they are a franchise. However she gave me the usual 2 bottles of water and 2 packs of butter cookies in a plastic bag which I always get at Hampton Inn at check Inn.

Good stay. Our commode was broken. We literally had to take the back off to manually flush it every time. Asked for a manager to call us after checking out to see what we could do. I mean I’m pretty sure that is not the way it works. But not call. Charged full price.

Nice and friendly personnel, clean hotel. The only problem (and this is not a fault to the hotel) was they had no Wi-Fi and the elevators weren’t 100% functional, this was due to a recent thunder strike on the hotel’s electric system. Either way, we were satisfy and will return here in the future.

I accidentally booked the wrong day and asked if they could switch my day for the correct day and the person at the desk said no so i had to book another room and it was no refunded. Also the wifi didnt work and the elevator didnt work and my room was on the 3rd floor

Hotel was not very clean. Couches and cushions in common area were dirty and looked unkept. Elevator was broken. The beds were hard and had cheap comforters. Was not what I normally experience from Hampton Inn and suites.

The elevator doesn’t work and your carrying your luggage up stairs in your hand. I have five extra 20 charges on my credit card after a one time charge using Expedia for the full bill for two rooms. Be aware they have you card number and will use it again if they wish adding whatever they feel like. I’m sure it’s in hopes you don’t notice the extra charges on your account. There’s also construction in the parking lot, watch for nails in your tires.

Told it’s no elevator service upon arrival. Could get cancelation if I wanted by staff but it was late evening and it was near family. I got 2nd floor nothing available on first floor. I have diagnosed back strain, no lifting, transfers rolling luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Wasn’t friendly to me or my body. So nothing was available for me to change hotels for my trip. So No I wasn’t pleased and I got text messages asking about my stay from staff. I didn’t bring muscle relaxers on this trip so it was very uncomfortable this holiday. I will be seeing my doctor Tuesday morning again. I should have been informed before arriving there about elevator issues in advance. My thoughts are tell people who booked online what’s going on instead of putting helpless people on the spot. I had no where else to go and affordable at last minute. You can refund my money for my stays. A stranger saw me struggling with luggage and items and he took them from me and put into my car. Going up & down stairs. Return my money or give me free stays somewhere else of my choice that has everything working. Refund Thank you for nothing but bad service and business. Not good place to be anymore

Not so good: I reserved and stayed there for 2 days and would have stayed longer but the elevator was not working. We had to use the stairs and they did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. I was not informed ahead of time otherwise i would have stayed at a different place.
