Extremely clean and pleasant. I thought it was expensive for a Hampton Inn but it’s winter in a ski area so it’s market rate for that. The free breakfast was good. The dining area has a gas fireplace and tv. Very comfortable. They spend a lot of time every day making sure they clean up water and slush in hallways and the common areas are clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities are in very good condition. I highly recommend.

its a good stays. The employees were very nice especially the one who sever and prepare the breakfast. There were 2-3days the shower doesn’t seems to have enough hot water and been told the broiler and furnance was broken and needed service. Otherwise it was all good.

Decent breakfast, clean hotel, friendly staff, good location to venture out and explore other areas. I like that there was a good supermarket with hot food within walking distance. Room service was mediocre. They did not make our beds, refill soaps and used toiletries

Hotel is great, I’ve stayed there many times before. On this trip I and traveled with my parents and needed a handicap room. We were on the third floor. Okay to check in, but when we came back from dinner, the elevator was out, and was not fixed before we checked out the next day. Luckily my parents were able to slowly go down the stairs with their canes. Don’t know why a handicap room is in the third floor.

Though I only stayed one night, the property was clean and the staff did an amazing job keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked even in the face of the three college hockey teams that were staying on the property for a nearby tournament.

The shower floor was dirty in the shower the ceiling paint chipping everywhere. There was only a little bit of toilet paper and we ran out. For the price everything was dated.
