Street noise too loud with cars racing. I was woke up several times. Good breakfast

Nice, quiet hotel. Breakfast was fair. Coffee bar open at all times!

Outside side door did not work with key card. After a few hours our key cards wouldn’t open our room , heater was very noisy

Wish the pool was open for longer, and the third floor is so noisy in the morning. But otherwise, great stay, great staff, great breakfast.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices and was well presented. The staff was efficient and courteous.

We had to call the front desk because their tv system is wonky. The bed was less than stellar.

There was homeless in the area, it felt unsafe, and being right next to a busy road made sleeping a little difficult. The shower head was spraying water all over the place which ended up on the floor. You had to soak up the water with the towels.

The evening check in lady was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, albeit with a bit of a funny smell in the whole building. The breakfast was definitely lacking.

Easy access & departure to all the places we to go to.

Hotel was ok.. we stayed for 3 nights on the morning of the second night I stopped by the front desk to see about housekeeping. I spoke with the manager on duty and she looked at the housekeeping schedule and told me that yes our room was on the schedule. I told her thank you because we are out of towels etc . And she assured me that it would be cleaned! We returned to the hotel about 10 pm that evening to find that our room had NOT been cleaned nor did we have any clean towels. So I went to the lobby and spoke the lady on duty and she did not have an answer as to why. She gave me towels and said that she would leave a note for the morning manager and have her call me, to discuss a discount. As of this evening I have heard nothing.

Lobby was decorated and super cute, rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds are very firm though. Breakfast was so nice, lots of options.

The stay itself was good, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was poor as they didn’t have all of the food available as short handed that. Morning.

Everything was good

The staff was so kind to give us a place to lock up our E- bikes. They were helpful in everything. The rooms were clean & location was surprisingly quiet.

Great location

Nice room with 1 bed, couch, desk, 1 chair, luggage cabinet, refrigerator, microwave & lots of towels. However, the shower was horrible. There was a very large, deep tub in the bathroom that we had to climb over to get into the tub made even worse by the 4" of tile in front of the tub. When you wanted shampoo, bath gel or conditioner (which was empty) you had to walk to the other end of the tub. The shower curtain wasn't wide enough to cover the length of the tub so it was cold at the end with the shampoo, etc. Why would a hotel put a tub like that in a room making it not only very difficult to get in and out of but dangerous.
