Everything was good. The carpet in the room had some spots, but it was very clean. The breakfast was not great, but adequate.
The front desk personnel were really nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

I didn't get her name, but the front desk girl was so friendly and nice! I stayed here about 5 months ago as well, and I'm pleased that it's still a nice place with friendly service. The room was clean and quiet. I received a 3rd floor room which is nice, with no one staying above me.

Shower head was too low for 5’9” and 6’5” people. No hair conditioner. Bed very comfortable and nice bedding. Breakfast was only cold cereal, yogurt and 2 fruits. We appreciated the underground parking.

It is a nice hotel. Beds are a bit soft but my husband and I had queen beds to sleep on separately. Had we slept in same bed i probable would have rolled into him since he's quite larger than me.
The carpets really need to be replaced. There was quite a few stains. Its not real quiet with the wooden floors. Heard a child talking and running around.

The hotel did not honor the amenities. I had specifically filtered the hotel for hot tub and when I arrived, they told me that it is not the season yet although we are in the season already. It was extremely cold how come the hot tub is not open yet. When I called Expedia, they told me that the hotel does not offer refund or compensation at all.. please be aware that the amenities that you see in the app are not guaranteed. I will not choose this hotel ever again.

We stay here every year before the Nevada Day Parade. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. It was nice to see that they upgraded the TVs because there is a lot of dated items in this hotel.

The staff was pleasant but when I said my shower was cold they shrugged their shoulders..like oh well. I asked if they were under new management and yes they were. I asked for the managers card they did not have one. Also none of the tvs worked properly …we had to push a button a bunch of times and do a little dance. Sad..we have stayed here many times ..I was very disappointed.

The room was very clean with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Great helpful service at front desk with reasonable rates. It close to everything you need.
It’s our favorite place to stay whenever we’re in Carson City. Definitely would recommend.

It felt homey and comfortable. It felt safe walking to dinner a few blocks away. I liked that it was in a quiet historic area rather than in the middle of the casino district.

The staff were awesome! I would suggest hot chocolate packets as everyone does not drink Coffee or tea. I would suggest they use the stove they have to bake fresh cookies and create a welcoming aroma at check in time instead of store bought cookies. The carpets need cleaning or replacement. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.
