Great hotel in a great location. Connected to the Pru shopping mall, near Newbury St and T lines.

The Hilton Back Bay is conveniently located to Symphony Hall and the art museums. The Green line metro is very nearby, and only a block away is all the action on Boylston Street.
The hotel itself was fine, clean bathing and bed, sizable room, the air worked nicely.
I would definitely stay here again.

I have requested a refund due to my experiences and I still have not heard back from Expedia no other hotel. I am very frustrated. The room not sheets needed to be replaced. The room was stifling hot. The AC did not work. I cut my foot on an unknown object. Thank God, I had an emergency kit I was offered a Band-Aid. At Check out. I explained the situation I check out all I received is I hope you feel better. The manager did compensate the self parking for $60. I would not recommend this place.

Chair at the the work table was worn out, padding broken down and unable to use laptop at the table. (sat too low even with two pillows under me. Room dark and depressing (all dark charcoals and browns). Turned on every single light and room still felt like a dungeon

Had a dreamy getaway to Boston for my anniversary and loved our stay at this hotel! Such an easy walk to so many cool things in Boston, perfect spot! And loved the coffee shop bakery across the street too, totally went every day almost!!

The property was great and accommodating. It was extremely toasty in the room but the front desk staff did explain that in the winter they shut the air conditioners off and it was abnormally warm for December.
