Great stay, area was lowkey and across from the Nj Mall. Had a wonderful time, the associates were very nice and friendly

We stayed 3 nights and they couldn’t refill the shower amenities, Beds were made in a very lackluster way.

Exceptionally clean and quiet. Across the street from the famous Short Hills Mall.

Clean, quiet, staff was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. There is a pool but we didn’t use it.

Very disappointing the hot tub was. It functioning

Only complaint is that the coffee wasn’t ready at 6:30 am when we were leaving.

Decent hotel. Great gym. Close to Short Hills Mall but otherwise everything requires driving.

Great holiday place to stay

Some of the front desk staff were rude and no bathrobes in rooms was a little strange but overall great. Breakfast buffet is wonderful.

This was a gorgeous property and very nice staff, great room and the free breakfast was amazing.

I love the place, great hotel.

Beautiful building and nicely decorated for the holidays. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs a heater it was very cold. The self parking situation was confusing… we paid for parking but anyone could park the machine down there was broken.

I stayed on Dec 14 night. There was a party going on and my 1st floor room was just on top of that. They started playing very loud music at around 11PM. At about 11:15PM I called the front desk and asked them if and when the party would end, the front desk person said the party would end soon. As the music still played loud, I called the front desk again at about 11:45PM, a different front desk person apologized and said the party would end at 12:00AM. Sure enough the music still played loud way after 12:00AM. I called the front desk the 3rd time and the front desk person asked me to hold. I waited for him to come back for about 10 mins to no vail. At this time I decided to come to the front desk and told to them about it. The front desk person told me he was just the hotel staff, therefore he was not responsible for what was going in with the party. I asked him to switch me to a different room that was quieter, which he did. I packed up and went to the new room, however the new room was still directly on top of the party (only couple floors higher), so I came back to the front desk and asked him to give me a truly quite room. This time he gave a room on the different side of the building and a higher yet floor. He also told me if I wanted to complaint I should talk to the manager the next morning. When I checked out the next morning I informed the front desk agent what happened the previous night, she asked me to write down my contact and wait.

Great location

We switched from another hotel that was unacceptable. Our room was clean and comfortable, easy check in and everything was as expected or better. We were very grateful to have a decent time for the night.
