Devent enough place though a few things could be better.
Mold in the corners of bathroom and dirty carpets, no pad on the ironing board. Staff are great and place is quiet.

We stay here every new years, we enjoyed our stay. I think the beds could be a bit more comfortable, they are a bit stiff, and I don’t love that they charge hotel guests for parking.

Hospitality was excellent but this place need a serious facelift. There was a big stain on the carpet in our room and luke warm water in the shower. Small flat screen. Old digs…. Needs a remodel.

My toilet clogged the first night there. I let the front desk know in the morning and it was “fixed” when I got back. But it wasn’t. Just 3 squares of TP and it wouldn’t flush again. Let the front desk know again. They offered another room but I declined and asked that a plunger be left. Sure enough, two flushes in and it doesn’t drain again. Maybe time to upgrade? The whole entire staff was fantastic however. They couldn’t have been nicer!

Very noisy air conditioner. Be faucet not even anchored to counter. Someone dragging furniture across a tile floor downstairs echoed to our 4th floor room (more than once). Barking dogs. No clean linens the last 2 days of our 4 day stay. Lousy bartender on duty the one night we ate in-house. No one to help with luggage. No luggage carts available for check in OR check out. Dirty food trays littered the hallway every day/night.

They were very dog friendly! We enjoyed our stay. 4 stars because they charge for parking, despite having plentiful parking spaces. I can understand that in a city like New York or Chicago, but unnecessary in Tucson.

I enjoy staying at this property because of its proximty to the places i visit when in town. I was happy the jacuzzi was finally working as it had been under repair the last few stays. The room could use some love and a few repairs as well as a much deeper clean but overall i was happier this time than the last couple. I am happy i gave it another shot as i almkst choce a different hotel. I will be staying again for Christmas and i am hoping the facilty keeps on this uphill trajectory

Service of staff was excellent... very friendly and responsive. Room didn't provide enough linens, we had to call to request more towels and pillows. Upon arrival, most of the power/lights did not work in the bedroom (suite). Hotel wifi was down a couple of times during our stay... was unable to do work on my computer for an hour.
