Room and pool area were clean. Breakfast was very good which is why they charge a $12 fee per person but I feel it was worth it. The bar louis place to eat and get drinks was pricy but the food was very good!

Stayed here and had problems w/ our toilet immediately. Walked in with our bags after a long drive and noticed the toliet was running despite our just walking in to the room. Went to the bathroom and it Wouldnt flush. Had someone come up to 'fix it'. He came got it to flush- but the toilet just continued to run after he left.. we called someone again took an hour for them to get to the room- it was a man in a suit.. assuming a manager came in didn't apologize or anything- by the time he finally got there the tank finally had enough water to flush- he stared rudly at my friend while he flushed the toilet and said "All good?" We explained that it still wasnt functioning properly. He then explained we just need to check the water level in the tank in the back when we wanted to use the bathroom. Im sorry what? No sorry- didnt offer any accommodations. So we just had to jiggle the handle all weekend and still wouldnt flush sometimes- literally had to pee on top of each others pee. Crazy. There was also a dead bug on my nightstand..random greasy spots on the walls. Hair in my bed before i even slept in it. Very thin walls- heard random people screaming in the middle of the night. Security concerns our safe didnt work. Layout is extremely odd. Parking situation was awful- free parking which was nice but good luck finding a spot.They also have breakfast but its only available for free for guests on a random lottery system otherwise $14. Front desk lady was nice but Won't stay again.

An average hotel

The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming and helpful. I just don’t like the people next to our room, they keep making loud noises. It scared me and my daughter. I even put a chair near our door. Also, I added breakfast to my booking but when me and my daughter are eating, I noticed a chip of white glass or plastic in my food. I showed it to the lady offering coffee or juice, she apologized and told me she will tell the people from the kitchen about it. I told her nothing to worry I’m fine. But me and my daughter lost our appetite, we didn’t finish what’s on our plate and went back to our room. We checked out early around 9am and look for a place to eat breakfast.

Well the room was clean but the water in the washroom the shower this morning was cool and the sink water was cold today but not yesterday other than that it was good.

I have a bad experience because no hot water for take a shower The day that I check out is no hot water So I don’t take a shower the morning I have to go to the airport Really bad experience

We had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and stylish. Parking was easy and free.

Difficult to get in and out due to divided highway and traffic in front of facility

Hoyel is good but the terrible thing is the bugs. So Bugs many bugs are in the room # 2005.. i left this hotel one day before my stay although i already paid 7 nights butvi left the hotel in 6 nights becausevof bugs, i took the pics of bugs and shows to the front desk officer too.. otherwise everything was perfect..

Pool renovation left place super dusty triggering my allergies. Felt unsafe due to location of my room.

Easy check-in and check out, money was refunded quickly, breakfasts was good, and staff friendly. I think the room I had was old because the heating system was messy at first but they fixed everything.

I had been a regular here for a while—I liked the facilities and the staff seemed really friendly. But I’m unusual—I’m a trans witch of color (not green)—and they seemed to lose respect for me each time I returned for whatever problematic reasons. The last room they gave me had a faulty lock and trash left behind. They weren’t helpful when I feared I had left my wallet behind. I will not be staying there again. Bummer.

I highly enjoyed the stay and I always love the pool and hot tub. I will say that this visit the hot tub was not clean and the pool was freezing cold but my previous days everything was fantastic. I did have a problem that a guest in the nearby room was smoking marijuana so bad that it was coming through my room and I had to be moved. However, the staff did help me with moving my things and they did accommodate me well.
