I chose a king room on your website which cost more but received a two queen room when I arrived. Very unsatisfied with your service, and feel that I shouldn’t have to have a confrontation at the hotel of my choice. This has happened several times in the past, and I may try another online service next time.

Think the attendant may have been asleep when we checked in. Rang the bell several times. Breakfast bar also no attended and many food items not replenished. Housekeeping just walked into room without knocking finding both by wife and myself not dressed.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. However, there was a bunch of mud caked on the rug by the entryway and it was never cleaned during our entire stay. The elevator was out, too, so we stayed on the first floor. The workmanship of the new hotel was below my expectations for a new hotel. The staff was great.
