Good place if you have a vehicle

I didn’t like that one early check in wasn’t available so I have to sleep on a couch in the lobby but good thing they offered me free breakfast

The property was really clean and neat. The room was pleasant and bed and pillows were confortable. The shower was strong and hot. Very nice for the money.

When I checked in there was no shuttle service therefore I had to request a uber, when I arrived the hotel, I asked if could get a bottle of water to take a few pills and was advised water was in the room for sale upon checking in there was no water in there and advised the front desk that I didn't want to be charged. She informed I wouldn't, the morning when I was checking out I informed the lady I didn't drink any water from there room and wouldn't want to be charge. She said no I wouldn't be the bathroom towls were used and never replace. I was for the water and would love my refund since I didn't used it

I don't like it when someone tells me after a reservation that I have to pay extra for parking my car.

The service was absolutely top notch and everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional and helpful. The only snag in our stay was when my partner wanted to use the whirlpool spa and found that the water was lukewarm and told the desk attendant. The following day it was out of service for repairs. But kudos for the speedy repairs and service.

Breakfast was one the beat ive had at any hotel ive stayed at.

We always come here. We find the parking fee of $20 per day is quite excessive.

Clean Rooms and Great Staff

Not a fan of the place at all.

I like the fact that the pool and the spa is open even though it's the middle of October when a lot of the hotel operators would make excuses and say it's out of season and close it. I also like the fact that hard breakfast is included. I don't like the fact that they're charging me extra $20 for parking. I'm deducting one star for the extra $20 for parking. Also I only see one desk clerk working to chech people in and because of that I was being delayed in checking in for i's 15 or 20 minutes. The first room I was given only had one bed and one sofa when I reserved two green beds. Also the same room has problem with the battery in the lock causes causing my key to only work one out of 10 times when I try to open such lock.
