The location was perfect and very walkable to lots of shopping and dining. The hotel general areas and the rooms were very clean.
Check in at 4pm, and not a minute before. If you need extra stuff, you will have to go directly to the housekeeping staff, who are friendly and professional, so ignore the texts, "if you need anything, please text us."

Restaurant was busy with comedy night and service was limited. We were told by comedy host not to talk during performances. We were not loud. Servers did their best.

Arrived at 4 PM but our room was not ready. We had to wait for 2 hours (until 6 pm) in the lobby for our room to get ready!
There was only wash clothes in the bathroom but there was no hand towels there so we called and asked for it, they said they will send some for us but they never did. The next day we asked for it from the employees in the hallway and they said hotel is full and they have shortage of towels!!
There was no drinking glasses in the room, when we asked for it they said use the paper cups which were supposed to be used for coffee! They said if you want regular cups go to the bar. When we asked for it from the bar they gave us plastic cups!
There was only decaf coffee pods in the room, when we asked for regular coffee pods they said they don’t have it!

We were on line to checkin at 4:15. Didn’t get to the front til 4:55 and the room wasn’t ready yet. Took another 15 minutes for it to be “inspected” after cleaning. 4:00 is already later than most checkin times. For the rooms to not even be ready was ridiculous. Also we had requested a quiet room on a high floor. We got a room off the lobby. Was noisy all night. Now it’s morning and we still hear the music from the bar. Just terrible.

Cons:
- rooms feel a bit run down
- patio chairs in our balcony were broken
- shower was broken when we arrived (but they did fix it promptly)
- pool was not heated
- vending machine did not work

Both the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. - both during check in and check out. I loved the location - easy access to downtown Palm Springs as well as the size of the rooms and the amenities. We stayed only one night - wish we had stayed a couple of nights as it was very convenient.
