Walls are too thin, very noisy with the water, shower, voices from other rooms. The mattress was too soft.

We were awake all night because of a barking dog. I had no idea that dogs were allowed. I will never stay there again

The location of the property in Paso Robles is great. However, there several issues with the hotel. First, I was nor aware that the hotel was pet friendly. I don't mind pets, but hotels, restaurants and supermarkets are not places for animals, unless they are service animals. My next door people had left there dog inside and it was barking for about 2 hours around 7.00pm on Jan 1st. I complained to the front desk and they called the room and there was no answer, meaning they were not in and had left the dog alone, which according to the front desk was a violation of hotel policy. I am not paying to stay in a hotel and listen to that noise. If you want to keep your customers happy, you should charge me for only two nights and not three. The other thing is that certain things in the room looked old and worn out, such as the chairs, the sofa and the curtains.

The shower in our room was barely a trickle. We called the front desk a few hours after we arrived and requested to change rooms but were told that we couldn’t because they were sold out for the night. They should not have been renting this room in the first place as it was nearly impossible to take a shower. They sent maintenance up the next day to replace the shower head but it only made the problem worse. I could not shower at all the next day which to me is unacceptable. The entire shower needs to be replaced and I can’t imagine I was the first to complain and they are not aware of the issue. I definitely would not stay here again.

Breakfast was better than expected! On the day we were there, they offered potatoes, sausage, eggs, fruit, waffles, pancakes, and a variety of bread.

Excellent and convenient hotel close to hwy without the hwy noise

Very enjoyable stay! We will definitely stay again. Christina was so helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Simple stay, just visiting family for one night - staff was nice. Room was in good shape. Breakfast was very good and area was very clean. The family with the room next door was playing loud music till 10:30p, but it stopped after (with the hotel relatively empty, not sure we had to be so close). Good value overall.

There is construction going on at the hotel. Loud banging on the walls in room above ours, starting before 8 am. Walls seem thin as you can also hear conversations in hall and adjacent rooms.
