Humongous property adjacent to the convention center yet every single member of the staff was attentive, available and always eager to help. Rooms are big and bright and if I had to nitpick, I would only suggest that 42” tv’s are below standard and that lighting should have dimmers. Otherwise, our expectations were exceeded

I liked its proximity to Seaport Village which has a more diverse, less expensive, and better tasting menu choices than the hotel.

Excellent location if you want to be by the water and close to everything ... the pool and hot tubs were maintained everyday - and the fire tables and waterfalls made it feel like we were in the city. The room was comfy and had ample space - the balcony was perfect to sit and read in the sun as we watched boats come and go.
The staff were always available and the building was super clean. Loved the Starbucks and the market place for a quick grab on the go!

The place was great. I just question the calls to my hotel room because they charged a holding deposit twice because room service had an issue charging my meals even after i swiped my card downstairs directly with them. Staff was kind mostly.

When I checked it I explained the parking issue and it was taken care of immediately. I was wished a Happy Birthday even though it was the next day. I was given a map and a gift card to use onsite. I checked into my room and had no complaints. My stay was beautiful and I was looking forward to my next day birthday stay at Marriott Anaheim.

We were offered a complimentary happy hour that included 2 glasses of wine from the restaurant downstairs and a credit for 15.00 . Our room was clean. We stayed New years eve and it was quiet which was great, but also a little sad because we almost were able to get a drink from the bar to ring in the New Year. Check in was kind of late 4pm. Expedia didnt do a complete check in and the concierge had a hard time finding my reservation which was nerve wracking. Overall I would stay here again for the convenience of location and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were all very nice.

The hotel is located on the harbor, close to the Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum and Convention Center, and you can take a walk along the harbor. Guests can take public transportation to the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Nice room and beautiful view.
