I love the boutique style of the room! Check-in and out was quick and easy. MGM food court was ok. Bill's Diner in the foid court had variety at reasonable prices. Shopping i went to Holyoke Mall which is 10 minutes away. They have a movie theater onsite which is great became at 1 am there is no driving home just a short walk to your room. Overall if your looking for a weekend getaway this is a nice place to be.

Great hotel as always. I stay there once a month for work and love every amenity they offer. I highly recommend to anyone traveling for work or just leisure.

Food was awful in the food court. Ordered two different tacos and they tasted awful and dry. Food court type scenery and taste. Room had an empty beer can in the trash bin. Pasty stuck to the roof that looks like it’s been there awhile. Overall not good. Complained on the cleanliness and was given $20…. Not impressed and won’t be back.

Immediately upon arrival we were perplexed as to where registration was. Our GPS routed us in from the back of the property and it wasn't clear where to enter. I took a walk through the casino in search of reception. The main entrance is from a corner of the building facing Main Street and easy to miss because we were making the turn into the property and looking for a place to park/unload and that wasn't clear AT ALL!. There is no real place to park close to the front door. Eventually we made it inside and were pleased to find out that there was no charge for parking in the garage above the 3rd floor. Unfortunately the access from the garage to the front desk/guest elevator requires a long walk around the perimeter of the casino. Our room was a basic room overlooking main Street and a couple of vacant buildings. The room was spacious , the bed was comfortable and the sitting area was adequate. The bath room was very nice and we really liked the layout. The shower was fabulous!! We thought it was clever that the closet and bathroom shared a sliding barn door! Our only complaints are that there is very little storage space for clothing and the lighting in the room was poor. My wife used two tiny drawers beneath the safe in the closet and I used the drawer in the bed side table. Overall it is a very nice hotel located with easy access to surrounding areas, and clever decor. Close proximity to Red Rose Pizzeria! TAP is large/inviting with good food. Casino is large and clean.
