All the staff were super friendly, while the property is a bit pricey, I do think they try to make it worth it with their service. Another guest I met could not stop raving about the service. Also, if you are needing to go to the convention center, highly recommend, its a hop away.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel. The hot tub was great, the customer service was awesome and we really like playing pool at the bar. They have downstairs overall a great experience and I would recommend anyone staying here!

Awesome hotel, great restaurants inside of the hotel. Starbucks is adjoined to the hotel as well. Valet parking only, greeted by awesome staff. You can text to have your car waiting in front for you. Clean rooms, good amenities, good location.

I did enjoy my stay at the Omni. The only thing I would say to improve my experience with that the Wi-Fi was not easy to connect to. It was very difficult and it kept booting me out. Also, the bathroom amenities could’ve been a little bit better and bigger. Or place like the army I would’ve expected body care supplies to be from l’Occitane or some other French brand. Overall, my stay was great. The food was excellent, and the staff are extremely helpful and professional.

I love the room decor and the shopping and dining options. The only thing is the cost for parking is ridiculous. I think it was $33 a day of I'm remembering correctly.
