It was ok for the price

Overall, the price is reasonable, and I think it would be unfair to leave a negative rating, as I received what I expected for the amount I paid. However, I did encounter an issue with the entrance door. The key had to be swiped at a distance from the door itself, which felt awkward and led to me accidentally breaking my drink bottle. While I understand the hotel isn’t directly at fault, the design of the entry system could be improved to prevent such inconveniences.

Extremely poor customer service. Rude staff. They hung up on me when I call to verify my reservation.

I HAD A PLEASANT AND RELAXING STAY.

The hallway and elevator were super super stinky.

The staff were super nice. The room is kind of clean, I found hairs on almost every towel. The worst thing was the hallway and elevator are super super sticky. I couldn’t breathe every time I passed by the hallway. Thanks goodness, the room is ok.

Durty and a lot bugs

The front desk staff is unprofessional, specifically the manager who has zero training in hospitality, there's no transportation whatsoever, wouldn't recommend anyone to that dungeon.

Everything was pretty good for the most part. Except every time I wanted to get into the building my access card wouldn’t open up the front door to get into the building. I had to change it each day for it to work again. I stayed for three nights why doesn’t the card work for those three days?

The good •The employees were very friendly! All nice and helpful people! •The staff are available 24/7! The bad •My room was completely infested with bugs! They were on the pillows, on the nightstand & in the bathroom. Videos attached on google since this site only allows pictures. The bugs made me nervous to sleep there. Just make sure to keep all your belongings in ziplock bags, so you don’t take bugs home. •Bedding was stained. •I’m like 95% sure someone tried to follow me to my room (I’m 110lbs, 5’7, female). I walked pass my room, so he couldn’t see where my room was. I walked up to the 3rd floor until he finally stopped following me & I had to take the long way back down to my room on the 1st floor. Luckily I had a knife on the strap of my bag. When I got to my room, I slid a table in front of my door just in case.

This location felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. There was even a blood stain on a towel in the bathroom. I left after only 40 minutes in the room and in a hurry.
