I will state the pros and cons: Pros: Staff was pretty nice and helpful. Room was great price for what we paid and clean. Location is decent since right off freeway and downtown Tucson with lits of resturants nearby. We took our kids to a playground that was 5 minutes away. Bed was comfortable and room was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though my last morning there wasnt any coffee out which was a bummer. Lobby is clean and nice to sit and eat. Cons: Shower is terrible. Water comes out so rough and hard so if you have kids its a rough shower for them. Also its just a shower no tub and its hard to keep water in the shower so the water gets all over the bathroom floor. The listing for this hotel states laundry facility however they currently dont have one, which was partly why we chose this hotel. After long travel and road tripping we didnt want to have to find a facility and leave the premises. When we went to ask about where the laundry was, the front desk stated they didnt have one, we mentioned it was on the listing and advertised, they stated they did have somw but they were taken out and gwtting new ones installed. The listing really should remove laundry facilites as an amentity, that is false adverisement if they currently dont have any. We would have chose a different hotel. If theres a specific amentity you need that is listed I suggest calling before booking to make sure they have it.

I stayed there because I love that hotel even before I came on hotels.com I used to just go there on my own but you guys making so much easier you're a great staff great people they'll help you with anything

Blood on the carpet. Cigarette burn on the blankets on the beds. Just gross.

Very nice property, roons are wonderful. There were a lot of homeless walking around. We ran into a couple fooling around and doing drugs under a stairwell. Convenient to the highway. Affordable.

Couldn’t get comfortable with only one thin blanket. Breakfast was why i booked, but very disappointed that fruits, granola bars, and Jimmy Dean sausage muffins were gone by 7 and not replaced and the only coffee available was decaf. Variety was good if youeere yhere right at opening.

We booked a room with two queen beds, but were checked in to a room with one bed and they refused to change the room (

Pillows stained, construction, no tv remote, wet towels, mildew smell, and broken laundry machines. I asked for a refund after 15 min there and was denied. I took the loss and left anyway of course.

Property is located on a not so well or secure area of Tucson , don’t usually stay on the area , but the $50.00 dlls price is reasonable for the area and the building, don’t think is worth more than that, cleaning ladies they bang your door if you pass 11:00 am but o well you get what’s you pay for , but is quiet, jaja don’t know if I’ll stay again

Los cuartos de hotes esta muy bien para precio-calidad. El baño estaba nuevo. El desayuno continental es bueno.

Location was awesome next to downtown. But the rooms were dirty spider webs in the bathroom a dead bug in the shower. Hair on the made beds right at check in so it wasn't our hair.

Arrived at 1am for check in. Room had no hot water. Had to check in to another room. Finally settled in at 2am.

No hot water on the property for almost 20 hours.

The entrance to the freeway was very loud at times. Awesome breakfast.

The hotel was nice and it looked clean but I saw a huge cockroach and the staff wasn’t helpful at all. The people staying looked sketchy too and I was afraid for my car parked outside.
