Family vacation…..3 - 2 bdrm suites. So comfortable & spacious. Had all the extras needed in the kitchenette. Loved that the water park was free to all hotel guests as of 1/1/2025! All staff was very accommodating. We had to leave a day early bc weather. No charges.

There was a nice waterpark attached to the hotel and there was a different breakfast every morning. Very good restaurants close by, one block away from I-90

Clean, comfortable, breakfast was good. Our location of room there was alot of freeway noise. Even at night. Thermostat was funky. It would go from heat to air-conditioning to keep temp in room.

We booked this hotel as it was connected to the water park and we stayed over Christmas , Room was a bit dirty mostly in the kitchen area .My wife cleaned everything with Clorox wipes prior to using kitchen . Beds were okay . We had a room on the first floor and was a little noisy . When you turned the bathroom fan on it smelled like weed , so that’s fun with kids …Probably won’t stay here again .

We have been staying here once or twice a year for six years due to the water park. Every year but this one has been great. The room was dirty, beds hard as a rock, stayed on the second floor and at 1 in the morning I thought the party on the floor above us was falling into our room.the young man working evening of November 30th was absolutely as rude as he could be when we asked about getting our water park admission that evening. Sad we liked staying here.

Everything was great until we went to take showers. The shower had no door and drained very slowly - not exactly the type of shower you would expect on a family vacation. Other than that, our stay was very nice and comfortable.

Hotel is under renovation. Our room’s bathroom shower had broken fixtures on top of it being a handicap room. Shower was mildewed pretty bad and leaked unless you closed off the tap with all your strength. I called the front desk and was offered a different room but not a suite or only queen beds. I would pick a newer property if possible until they get this one fixed

It was a good set with the small kitchenette. We liked how the tv moved so you could watch it from the couch or the bed. I have never been to a hotel with more than 3 floors and have only 1 elevator!!

We had a one bedroom suite. Everything was very nice. About the 3rd day, we started seeing small flies and wasps around our inside window. They came up each time we called and killed them. They also gave us a bug zapper. We assumed they were coming in from the A/C vent. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
