It's not a fancy hotel, but it's close to everything near the port of Miami. The grounds are beautiful, the room was clean, he bed was comfortable, and the shower worked great!!

We were checking in at 11pm at night After fumbling around with the digital lock and poor lighting. We opened the door and found a person in the bed sleeping. They did find us another room and escorted us there. Be aware there are no elevators. So you will be lugging up your luggage. Bed was comfortable. The room we stayed in needs a good cleaning. Homeless people can be seen sleeping from our windows. But there was a large fence around property. So didn’t feel to unsafe. We did walk around the neighborhood in the daytime and felt it was fine. There is a nice park across the street on the river. Very nice. I wasn’t expecting too much , being a historical building. Very charming. Just a little cleaner would be nice.

Toilet was difficult to flush with the broken handle. Shower head was hitting the back of the shower making it hard to use the water. Slats holding the mattress in the frame fell off when you sat on the bed. Draw bridge right beside with boats all night. Noise is easily made throughout the house, no real thing to quiet the noise of others. Airport is super close. Low flying commercial plans all night.

First off, it's in a dicey area where motorcycle gang likes to hang and makes loud engine noise even at the midnight. The check in took forever, room was basic, not very clean, smelly, and didn't have a fridge and a microwave. The shower is a torture instead of a relief due to super slashy water and extremely high water pressure. Avoid at all cost!!!

Ilumination is poor. I hit my head with the lamp (it's too low and big). I stayed there for two nights and they didn't clean the room.

We're in house 5 and we can lightly hear the bridge bell other than that good condition room, the tv was a bit odd/or the program didn't have apps that it offered to utilize. Check in was smooth. The only downside is the smart locks for entering are a little complicated. We didn't have much experience is SmartLocks but even after using it a couple times it got annoying having to put a code in on this small code to enter and then to enter the rooms wasn't bad it just locking the machine was so difficult and we had to snap the door multiple times to ensure that the system recognized we were leaving and to lock the door

Property was pretty from the outside and pool was nice, however, after 5 mins in my room the towel rack fell off the wall and the shower was leaking and dirty.
