Second time here. Will always stop here now and it’s dog friendly so i was excited I could come back with my doggy. Wish they sold some frozen dinners or cup of noodles! Staff is always friendly.

This is an older property that you can tell was super nice in it's day. There is some wear and tear but I loved the balcony over the pool, the breeze and how close it was to everything so much that I enjoyed every minute of the week I was there while having dental work. The staff is super nice and it was nice and quiet. Highly recommend - a great deal for the price.

Not the best choice for sure. Price was good but there was no breakfast and the coffee they put out was mostly empty. The maids never brought clean towel. Twice I had to go ask for towels. We stayed 4 nights and the sheets were never changed. We still had the room booked for 2 more nights but we checked out and moved to another motel.

We were told we could check in at 2:30 and return at that time. Clerk contradicted earlier statement and said we had to wait till four. However 10 minutes later same Corey told us we could check in. Very confusing. Premises of this location desperately needs a facelift.

Extended our stay, staff wouldn’t let me so I had to book online. Room wasn’t cleaned and our towels weren’t replaced. Air didn’t work.

The room we were given was not made up. The staff quickly reassigned us to a new room. It was in overall great shape, but did have cobwebs in the one corner. Overall this was a good experience.

It was a great location and the staff was friendly.
The building was dirty and in poor condition. The continental breakfast was not at all acceptable. Stale muffins don’t qualify as a “continental breakfast!”
“Shilo” used to be a very respected inn. I’ve now learned that you usually get what you pay for!

Room very, very dated. No remote. Sink had extremely slow drain. Was given a handicap accessible room, but didn't request that or even notified by front desk about it. Barking dogs late at night for over an hour. Jacuzzi was "under maintenance". Just overall disappointed in our stay there. We have been staying at the Shiloh every Thanksgiving for over 5 years now, but I think this is our last time. Very sad.

Service desk person was very nice.
Toilet had a crack and had duck tape to cover it. The wall paper was unglued on the wall by the bed. Lamp between the beds had a short kept flickering. Chair had a hole on the arm rest. Carpet was dirty.

The pictures do not tell you the truth, very old and out dated, hot tub was empty and pool is mostly In the shade . Do t go if you think it’s gonna be relaxing and fabulous.
