Shawn did an outstanding job of making us feel comfortable. Property is on the way to Canyon Reef. Very comfortable. Loved the hot tub. Breakfasts were fantastic. Highly recommend!!

The property was listed as an INN but was actually an Airbnb. A tiny sign was hanging overhead at the driveway entrance and the driveway leading to the parking lot was not paved. There was no staff on site and there were lots of posted instructions. Complimentary breakfast was from 7 to 8 am and food had to be pre-ordered. All guests had declined the breakfast. The rooms were not numbered and were instead identified using plant names. We had a hard time finding our room. The room, however, was decent.

Check in was great. The host was great. The property was great..... but we didn't sleep well at all. There was something that made aloud tapping or knocking noise every so often. You couldn't turn on the fan to run constantly at night to drown out the noise. The mattress felt like you were constantly rolling to the middle... so, we were there mainly to get a good night's rest after a long day of hiking and before another early day, but that didn't happen. Also, the free breakfast didn't start until 7:30 and we were on the road at 6:30.

This was the CUTEST Bed & Breakfast! The check-in instructions were easy. Check in was seamless. We loved the backyard area and chairs to sit out in and watch the sunset. The only issue was the instructions said we could not change the heating/air settings and that we could only adjust the temperature. The room was warm and we would have like to turn the settings to cool. We ended up raising the windows to cool the room off and slept with the windows raised which worked out fine.

Easy access to Capitol Reef National Park. Superb breakfast served with different entree each morning. Private time for each room to use hot tub which was great following a day of hiking in the National Park. Having no elevator or assistance with suitcases up steep stairs was a challenge. Only had contact with owner at check-in. A little pricey but quality stay.

The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was tasty and well cooked. Shawn, the owner, runs guided tours of the area so may not be available at check in time but check in is very simple and straightforward.

The view was amazing! Our room was beautiful, with outstanding views. Has easy access to Capital Reef Park. There is a variety of restaurants nearby and are delicious. The morning breakfast is superb!

Cute little inn with large rooms. Rooms had a private porch looking out onto incredible scenery. Breakfast was served and cooked by the staff. It was fresh and plentiful. There is no elevator to the second floor so getting our bags up and down was challenging. There were 18 narrow steps.

Nice and clean. Never saw the host but one time briefly. Breakfast was eggs, bacon, French toast, cantaloupe and self service drinks. Nothing fancy, but clean.
