Great staff. Very communicative and helpful during my stay. The space was also well cleaned and maintenance attended to any issue or concern very quickly.

I arrived a few mins early I couldn’t check in until exact time but I was standing outside tryn my keypad n it didn’t work while security sat at the desk n watched me struggle with bags. Get to my room everything was ok until it was time to shower there was tones over 7spots of mold on the shower liner and the shower curtain was nasty especially at the bottom looks like old urine then I tried to get some rest but I damn near froze to death because the heat didn’t work so I slept with my coat hat and two pair of socks on I was having hope that it would work woke up told front desk about my issues and they sent a guy up with a space heater at that point I just ended my stay and checked out a day early. The concept of this place is nice but it needs a lot of attention to small things that makes for a great stay the only thing I enjoyed was the view.

We had a great 2 night stay. Room was clean, we made use of the washer dryer too. Super close to downtown. Parking lot available in a 2-3 min walking distance ($30 for 24h). Would stay here again.

The view of the city when you walk in to the room is so cool. The space feels open, clean, all usable. We didn’t stay long, but the staff was friendly, giving their personal recommendations and going the extra mile getting us into our room early.

Clean building, good location. Towel racks coming off the walls, bathroom clean but not the vent cover in the ceiling, shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers not properly installed in shower. Having another blanket on the bed would have been good.

Unfortunately the unit we stayed in was not very clean. There were stains on the duvet under the cover and lots of dust in the vents. Also the room only had heat in the bedroom and not in the bathroom, so was overall cold.

Very hospitable, very clean very safe. I will come back again and again and again.

Enjoyed it very much. It was close to tge dax bus going to and from airport. Close to the people mover and huntington plaza. I will surely be back. Thank you staff.

Our room was cozy... Convenient access

Enjoyed my stay, loved the city view I had from my room and great staff!

Spotless, great location, and the recommended parking lot across the street was very convenient. Terrific to have a full kitchen and washer/drier in the unit. The architecture of the unit was striking - we had a corner efficiency, with tall ceilings and large windows. Comfortable, quiet, spacious, and great value!

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, working the heater to warm up the room was a bit of a headache but overall a nice stay

Overall, it was a pretty good stay. The city view was awesome. The apartment provided just about everything you may need for short and long-term stays. The location is wonderful, downtown Detroit. It's located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, markets, entertainment, ice skating, etc. The code system used for entry into the main door and the apartment, made me feel secure. It was quiet. The Staff were available during the day. My only concerns were the temperature in the apartment, it was too chilly/cold for me. The heating system did not provide adequate heating. However, the available space heater made all the difference. Also, the mattress on the bed was not comfortable and possibly, should be replaced. I would definitely stay again.

Older building with some modern updates. Freezing cold with only 1 heat source (luckily over the bed). Most of the space was extremely cold and uncomfortable. Dank/smoke smell in the entire unit. Shower leaked with a constant drip. Very noisy from the street level all night. Also, no one there upon arrival — getting in wasn’t an issue as someone staying there held the door for us. When we entered the room we were hit with bitter cold temps and a terrible cigarette smell. We also found trash cans with waste in them (bathroom) as if the cleaning crew just came through.

The people were freindly and took care of our needs quickly, the rooms were clean and it was nice to have the privacy of an apartment when were done running around town. This property was within walking distance of several restaurants, markets and the stadium. The downtown area was clean and safe. My only issue were to do with the cosmetics of the property and the windows, it was apparent that this property was renovated and could've possibly used a little more TLC when doing so and the windows were so drafty we had to have the heater at max to keep the room warm while sleeping.

The sidewalk in front of the property was a little sketchy being by the bus stop, but overall it was a decent stay.
