Room are big, balcony is big but not used. Bathroom - no hooks/ hanger for clothing. No rack for phone. Refrigerator in our room, but no microwave. _____________ Parking fee ($7?) was waived, but why charging the fee when there is plenty of parking next lot? Easy shopping/ mall next- a big plus.

Hotel was conveniently located right off the freeway it was clean and was a short walk from a shopping center featuring great dining multiple restaurants and a movie theater but unfortunately the soundproofing between rooms is poor and you can hear people cough in the next rooms over, they nickel and dime you charging $7 per vehicle to park at the hotel, they claim to be pet friendly but charge you a $75 fee, breakfast not included.

Absolutely incredible staff. Extremely attentive and helpful. Staff and Manager are commended for care and concern. Very attentive!! Room was comfortable, layout of main room was a little bit cramped, and there was an unpleasant and odd odor in the room. Very large bathroom. Foyer was waste of space. Would have loved bathroom hooks to hang night clothes, toiletry bag, etc.

We enjoyed our short overnight stay. My only complaint it was cold. I had to turn the heat up to 74 to get comfortable. We were travelling from No California for a medical appointment in Fremont and it fit our needs.

Room was clean. Thought paying for parking was outrageous. Will not stay there again for that reason. We stayed there one other time and were not charged for parking. Unless u have valet parking. Dont charge.
