Everything was good until we found bed bugs, one was even on our son.

The room design was nice for 5, but they didn’t give us towels or sheets for 5. Room felt dirty. Breakfast was great!

Staff was very friendly. The room was big enough to support two families the room Did have strange smell around the couch area.

Staff is great, but everything else from the broken down luggage carts to the dirty vents, broken window screen and shabby furnishings made this a disappointing experience.

Bathroom needs some work.

Our room was spectacular!!! We were all able to stay together and we had a blast!! Loved the room, beds, pool, firepit, location and especially the breakfast. What a doll the breakfast lady is

We have stayed here a few times and keep coming back for the cleanliness and friendly staff. Our rooms have always been clean, the hotel is quiet, and the breakfast is good with several options. And the Dove shampoo and body wash are a plus! I will stay here anytime I’m in Columbus.

Great stay. Everyone was friendly and the room was clean

The hotel itself was clean but our room felt well used. The couch cushions had stains on them. The ottoman looked to have a burn hole in it and the closet door in the bathroom was broke. Probably the worst thing was the lack of breakfast. We were there for an Ohio State game and wanted to grab something and go. We were told the breakfast person didn’t show up for work so there was very limited options. Very disappointing because when you plan on the hotel having breakfast and build that into your schedule it makes it hard to change plans last minute. Also an additional cost to get breakfast somewhere else. Positives were it’s in a nice area and the common areas were nice. Probably not enough to stay there again though.

Weekend breakfast was not ready on time, forcing us to change our plans on Sunday morning. Room overall was nice, there was a McDonald’s cup and wrapper with food in it behind the one bed. The beds were clean and comfortable though. Location was awesome, very easy to get on and off the freeway and there was a Walmart right across the street.

I check everything seemed fine up until my kids went to get a folk! To my amazing there was a crack pipe with rocks inside there! I went to the front desk ask if they cleaned the rooms they said yes. I said the folks to, they told me they put them in the washer mechine after each person! So I ask how you didn’t see a crack pipe with rocks inside! Nothing was done didn’t even get another room! Had the police come to remove it.

It was a great overall stay; clean, friendly staff, good breakfast choices, ideal location for us. Did not like the traffic noise from the expressway on Sat but no significant noise on Sun night.

Good stay

Good to excellent overall. The decor was a little odd with a mirror in the corner behind an end table that was barely accessible, while there was an empty wall where it could have made sense. Pictures in bedroom were bunched in one area while other walls had virtually nothing. The breakfast was very nice and better than expected.

Gave us a handicap accessible room. Light for bathroom was outside bathroom and exhaust fan very loud. Husband got up before me but the light and fan noise woke me up. Also upon checkin had to ask for extra roll of toilet paper; the body wash for shower was outside shower and there was body lotion in shower. Couldn’t switch ourselves so I told front desk but it never got switched. Also tv in bedroom didn’t work. Told front desk and they never fixed during our stay. Also room was also not cleaned when we left for the day and we were out of room early as was meeting family. Overall not a great experience. Will not book again.

The room would have been nice if they would have cleaned a little better There was mold in the bathroom a piece of pizza near the bed and the pull out couch was filthy People at front desk was really nice and the breakfast was nice selection and clean
