This hotel is an excellent place to stay at if you are wanting to stay close to the Texas Tech University. The hotel looks and smells clean. The room was a nice size and looked very clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Excellent place to stay at for a very good price. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The beds in both of our rooms were very comfortable. The staff was friendly.
The breakfast was a little lackluster, but I was there toward the end of the serving time so they might have been winding down.

Older hotel, but rooms were nicely remodeled. Only complaint is the TV/cable. TV is cheap brand (Sceptre) and takes forever to go change channels..to make it worse, half the channels are blacked out. If they upgrade the TV/cable, it would be 5 stars for me.

The hotel was adequate the staff was excellent. Had a problem because of the card they were given was declined so hotels.com needs to do something about that it was not the first time. Not the hotels fault the manager took care of the problem fast.

Immediately walking in the hotel looks dark and dingy and has a musty smell. I was gonna suck it up because I really wanted to just relax at the pool. Checking was easy. Upon unloading my car I looked at the pool area and it was very dirty and the pool was covered and inoperable. When I asked for a refund the young lady was nice but had to call the manager. Her dad I suspect. He was very rude and told me to get my stuff and leave then contact Expedia. I did not leave, I called Expedia and they handled everything for me. I left but it took 2-3 weeks to get my refund. The picture of the property inside are accurate but most definitely enhanced. It’s very old and dingy.
