Once again they have gone above and beyond. Wife forgot her favorite tea mug she has had for 20 plus years and they recovered it for us and that meant a lot to her. Thanks again for the great stay and we will be coming back for sure. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Great location also right next to capital and state street.

It's always amazing staying at this hotel. The staff is always 5 star, super professional. The Governor's club is always a neat addition to your stay. However, the rooms are starting to show their age with wall paper starting to peel and small cracks in the vinyl chair and headboard.

Very nice lobby and wonderful, friendly staff at check in. The room was a nice size. The chair in the room was the most uncomfortable ever! The shower needed descaling glass and shower head, bad, and the door didn’t shut properly the floor got all wet. The bed was comfy but the pillows were awful. Overall not bad for a weekend away, but expected more for the price.

The Madison Concourse and Governor’s Club always goes above and beyond if they can. Check in was a great experience. We were early but they had a room available and allowed us to check in. We came for Badger hockey and didn’t get back to the Governor’s Club much before close, but the bartender was friendly and very accommodating allowing us to get drinks before he closed up. The location is great with a view of the capital. We choose to walk to the Kohl Center which is only .75 ml away or a 15 minute walk. The fireplace in the lobby is a cozy place to relax in the winter. The library in the Governor’s Club offers free water, soda and coffee all day. Breakfast is very nice as well. I highly recommend staying at the Concourse and paying a bit more for the Club level!
