In our experience the Trump Hotels cannot be matched for location, comfort and staff friendliness. Visiting all the way from Australia to continue our extended Trump experiences and we are never disappointed. A simple request when booking always ensures us a beautiful room up high with a great view, this time overlooking Central Park.

Can’t wait to visit again! People were spectacular!!! First visit to New York and the staff made us feel welcome and even protected! In our 80’s but decided to go to NY to see Andrea Bocelli at MSG and staff did everything possible to make stay pleasant and fun!! Concierge, Lincoln, helped us even before we arrived answering our questions about everything no matter how small. Seniors if you want to go to NY you will not be disappointed staying at Trump International Hotel and Tower!

Our stay was fabulous! The park view suite was spacious and the view was incredible.

We had high expectations for this five-star hotel given its luxurious rating and prime location near Central Park, surrounded by excellent shopping and dining options. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas. While the location is undoubtedly fantastic, the hotel itself felt cramped and lacked the sense of grandeur one would expect. The lobby is extremely small, with no lounges or comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy. The staff, though polite, didn’t go out of their way to assist – an example being their lack of help when we struggled to carry a stroller up and down stairs. We stayed in an executive suite with park views, expecting a stunning perspective of Central Park. However, we were disappointed to find ourselves on one of the lowest floors, with an obstructed view that only showcased the first row of trees rather than the park itself. On a positive note, the room was spacious and clean, but it lacked basic amenities like hand lotion – a surprising omission for a five-star property. The highlights of our stay were the indoor pool and gym facilities, which were truly top-notch and met the luxury standard we anticipated. Unfortunately, these features weren’t enough to redeem the overall experience. Having stayed in other five-star hotels in NYC, this one doesn’t measure up. The lack of attention to detail, subpar service, and disappointing accommodations mean we won’t be returning. For the price and rating, there are far better options available.

We had a great stay at the Trump International! The hotel was nice and the location was perfect. Jesus was great and talked to us for 30 minutes when we first checked in. We will be back!

Wonderful stay! Right next to Central Park and Columbus Circle. Walking distance to Times Square as well. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree.
