The front staff was extremely kind. The lady upfront always made sure we had everything we needed, she even gave us a few pointers on what to do for our daughter birthday came up while we stayed there. Everyone always had a smile on their faces and they were very accommodating! Definitely would recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, nice and cold! The view was just as awesome too!

The staff was rude and unapproachable. My restroom had bugs and a mildew smell coming from the drain. We were given a handicap room which made showering very difficult and uncomfortable. A/C had a mildew odor also

The staff at the front desk and breakfast were great. Hotel room was old. No shampoo in the bathroom. Old spoon in the sink. Bed was comfortable. For the price the hotel should be much nicer.

Had a great stay!! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful. Never did they make me feel like i was bothering them when I had to ask them something or if I needed something. The breakfast was so good. I was very shocked by all the different things they had to offer. So over all I have to say that I was so very pleased with my stay from start to finish. I Would highly recommend this hotel

Completely disgusting. Nastiest hotel i have ever stayed in. Walls floors, furniture, mirrors, literally everything. So disgusting i didnt want to sit on anything. Breakfast food which i did not eat due to the fact that the appliances were dirty and have not been cleaned in a very long time. Staff was friendly that way thebonly upside. I will never stay at this hotel again. They seriously need to take the over prices room stay and apply that to some major upgrades and changes. I've paid less and stayed in 1000 times nicer places. If you dont mind slumming then this is your place.
