The view from the room is stunning, the staff is enthusiastic, I also borrowed a motorbike from the hotel, they supported very quickly. The hotel location is also very nice, 100m to Tran Phu street, right next to Vincom, it's close and convenient to go anywhere

Khách sạn rất hôi mùi cống mặc dù tôi ở lầu 11, có lẽ do hầm ga xử lý không tốt. Khách sạn ở gần vũ trường nên ban đêm khách sạn rất ồn, tiếng nhạc sàn làm mình mất ngủ. Nhân viên thái độ rất tệ, khi mình phản ánh về mùi hôi thì trả lời: khách sạn thỉnh thoảng mới bị mùi như vậy, sau đó mặt xưng xỉa lên. Một cảm giác vô cùng tệ cho kỳ nghỉ đầu năm mới.

Nice room, standard sea view. I stayed there for 5 days and went to the beach every day, so I brought a lot of sand back. However, the room service is very clean, so I feel very secure.

Beautiful view, cute enthusiastic staff always support customers with their best. Delicious and varied breakfast. Especially beautiful and comfortable rooms. The minus point is that the power outlet is in a strange position 🥲 and the refrigerator is not cool at all. But if you have a chance, you should experience it. The hotel has only 1 reception, guests do not receive assistance in moving luggage. Check-in must be requested in order to be accommodated to the room. there is no joint inspection or advice about the property in the room. That's not too annoying until checkout. The staff reported missing 2 shirts, while the day before, the staff took away wet clothes. After a while, it reported missing a coat hanger??? Although there is no compensation, the checkout time lasted nearly 40 minutes - bringing a bad experience to guests.

The room is cozy, clean, with luxurious wooden furniture. Street view looks airy. Ceiling air conditioner cools quite quickly and has high capacity. In addition, the hotel also has additional facilities: swimming pool, bar, gym but I have not had time to experience. Few things to improve: TV does not have many channels and the quality of the channels is bad, the toilet spray is quite strong, so it should be reduced. Need to put 1 more light bulb right next to the toilet mirror. Anyway, the experience with the hotel is also quite good.
