The room's soundproofing is not good, the elevator waiting area has a trash can right there, the smell is unbearable, the staff is okay, they don't check carefully, luckily I wondered and asked again or I would have lost money for the extra child fee.

My family stayed 4 days 3 nights here and it was very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Although there are many guests, they are still very enthusiastic to serve each guest. On occasion, my family will still choose ARECA

I bought this room 300k and added 100k for the second baby. 400k total and get breakfast too. However, I already called to confirm the room in advance, I arrived late and had to wait for a long time to check in

Book a 3-person room with an extra bed for a third person, a total of 2 rooms, when checking in, the staff does not have an extra bed, 3 people sharing 2 single beds, one bed is packed, so when Thanh Toan has the option of adding an extra bed, the hotel service attitude is poor, calling the switchboard to ask for help, can't see the refund solution.

Khách sạn rất là ok nhen mn. Từ phòng ở đến trang thiết bị của phòng rất là đẹp - tốt. Vị trí khách sạn cũng là trung tâm đi đâu cũng gần. Nhân viên là dễ thương phục vụ tốt. Được phục vụ ăn sáng free mà đồ ăn cũng ngon. (Có điều tôi bị nhầm lẫn khi nhân viên bảo sáng hôm nay có: bánh mì op la, thịt và mì xá xíu. tôi cứ nghĩ là bánh mì chấm xá xíu. Gọi món đó hoá ra là Mì nước topping là xá xíu nhen mụi người😂 cơ mà ăn vẫn ngon. Đều tôi thấy tôi phèn quá nên hởm có hiểu🤣) Ăn xong còn được 1 đĩa trái cây tráng miệng free luôn nhen. Tóm lại là mn đi du lịch hay gì gì nên chọn ở. Lần sau đi nha trang chắc tôi cũng chọn lại ấy. 10 điểm.👌
