Really good and friendly service, staff always tend to find best things for customers. The room is very new and clean; there are full of things you need, such as fridge, fan, hair dryer, etc. There is one small window with city view, located near famous bakery, and on a not really crowded street. Hence it still good for people who loves quiet atmosphere in Da Lat. There is small cafeteria at the G floor of hotel. Price is reasonable.

We spent 4 days in Dalat and this place was a part of our amazing trip. Room is clean and cosy, a bit small but okay. The male receptionist is also the owner of Lien Hiep hotel, he's gentle and very nice. They have a small coffee shop, always full of people during daytime. We bought 2 packs of coffee as our presents for friends. I would defenitely recommend this hotel for my family, friends and I would love to come back.

We decided to stay here because of their excellent reviews in app and tripadvisor — and I may say, they proved it well and deserved to continue having more positive reviews! Hosts were very warm and friendly, assisted us from check in to check out (they even arranged to reserve our bus tickets onwards our Danang trip). The room is really clean, with great facilities! You get more than what you paid for! Check out the coffee in the ground floor too!

Nice and really clean hotel (because it's just recently open for a year). Really friendly & lovely owner who always smile and make you feel as home. Room is truly new & clean. Every room has windows (1 in room & 1 in bathroom) that create a good air-flow and you can enjoy Dalat's atmosphere with your room (if you decided to Netflix and chill at hotel). WIFI also is a plus with strong signal and speed. Every floor only has 4 room so it's not to slow. They have a cozy and nice coffee shop downstairs with great yogurt and Vietnamese coffee. But it's quite a lot of smokers, so beware. Because of a small scale, sometime they forgot to clean your room and change your towels everyday. But it's okay to remind the receptionist. The hotel locate in the center of Dalat city, but not really near if you want to walk to Dalat market (around 1km walking through some steep, dark and quite small alleys - not ideal for girls at nigh-time).

I would say it was a very nice stay. Room is new and clean. Bed was made and towels were changed in daily. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even allowed us to stay a little longer than checkout time to wait for a car and treated us a free coffee drink in the morning. Recommended!

This is a new-built, cozy, clean and ideal place to take rest in Da lat with reasonable price. Not too far from the center (only 10-15 walking), so it's convenient to go around. The hosts are so nice, friendly and helpful. If you want to rent motorbike, just tell them and they will arrange for you. The lounge is a coffee shop so if you like to take a cup of coffee in the morning's cold, this is one of the best choices. New modern facilities (lift, smart tv, electric kettle, small fridge), specially the separated shower from toilet in bathroom, make us comfortable. Some rooms with balcony will have a better view. Next time when we come back to Da lat, it's inevitably our top choice.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Don't judge this hotel by its (silly) name!! I really enjoyed my stay with this hotel. The owner is so friendly and supportive, she gave us a free space to have a rest while waiting for bus even we checked out already and just to the hotel to pick up our luggage. The room was clean and in the best condition. TV in room is Smart TV that means you can enjoy Youtube as much as you wish. Hot water was very well supplied. Hotel doesn’t provide breakfast but you can easily find good ones nearby. It is definitely my most favorite hotel so far in Da Lat.
