CKC Thien Duong is a new hotel with good facility. It's a bit far from the beach but still in a good location.

Good: Convenient location, nice view, near river and walking street. Room is relatively large for the price. Not good: the sheets and towels look dirty and old, so my family doesn't dare to use them. When my family arrived, the receptionist gave the room key, but when I opened the door, the room was not cleaned, used towels were displayed in the room, the phone in the room was disconnected, so I could not call the reception. When I went down to the newspaper, the front desk gave me the key to change to another room (no apology for giving me the uncleaned room), and asked me to bring the old room key down. I'm a bit surprised by this solution. Food: probably due to the low number of guests, there are only ala carte menus with 2 noodle dishes or egg tarts. Hopefully the hotel will improve hygiene and serve more professionally to take advantage of its location.

On October 22, 2019 book hotel, the next 23 morning, the hotel has not received any reservation information. I went 2 days 1 night, when it was time to check out, the staff went to check the room, and said that there was a small towel with sticky lipstick so I had to pay 120k. There is one more small thing, though because I was not careful to forget things, but when the staff went to check the room, I did not say anything. I went home to check in before I lost.

Nice rooms, close to Nhat Le River, nice view, nice view, clean rooms with kids' rooms, cafes and rooftop swimming pool, but breakfast very few dishes and cold food, no rooms in the room , the coffee.
