The new room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I asked the staff to help me change rooms but they said there was only one room left and the faucet was broken???
The bathroom was dirty, moldy, and the air conditioner was like there was none.
The staff knocked on the door to bother me when I was late??? If I was late, I would have paid extra, everyone knows this!
Overall, a very very bad experience.
